Title: OT: vintage synth people
Post by: Travis on January 13, 2004, 05:12:35 AM
Sorry about this, but I have an opportunity to make an offer on a PAIA OZ (not the one on eBay), and I have no idea of what the real value might be.

Can anyone give me a ballpark figure?  I won't hold you accountable for it.

Incidentally, a bit of thanks to Colin for drawing my attention to these little beasts.

I can't see it being of any practical use. But to a PAiA collector, I would guess $US 130. That is only a guess, though...

cool, thanks.

No, it probably isn't very useful.  But it will be a gift, primarily judged by the way it looks.

I used to have one and would be willing to pay $50 to get another one, but no more than that.  It was cute, but a little too much of a closed system to be used with anything else.  More importantly, there really wasn't anything it could do that something else couldn't do better and cheaper these days.
