Title: Mini Booster>Tone Control>Volume control=Kool
Post by: petemoore on January 13, 2004, 02:16:38 PM
Does that look about right?
Just put the TC between the output cap and a 100k Volume?
I just need a TC that Boosts a little bit...Built the Minibooster and tested it [Works great] and I'm planning to put an AMZ Tone Control on it.
 Any suggestions are welcome....

i love the amz tone control it rocks,, i also like the modified marshall guvnor  TC i sometimes use it as just a mid control and use resistors to dime the other settings.

That's werking REAL nice !!!
Here's the deal...use splicing and don't worry about these boutique schematics and all that RAZZ...
Just make some 1transistor boosters, some two tranny [or 3?] Fuzzes, a few OA clippers, a 2 transistor booster, a couple Tone Controls [I have one with Minibooster driving it and one with a litte DIST + driving it]
Then mix and match to  tasteS...
