That's amazing! At first I thought it was about a million volts, but I wasn't too terribly far off...
Judging by the scenery, it looks very much like the power substation near the US93 / I-15 junction about 40 miles north of Las Vegas.

I think the best part of that video is the guy you can hear right at the end starting to go "WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
