Would any of you happen to know what TI's (if any) version of the 2N5089 is? They have a different system methinks of labeling.
Maybe they don't make a 2N5089, but they must have lots of low noise NPN transistors.
You can always use the Cross Reference Search on the TI web page:
http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/xref/singlepartxrefsearch.tsp
No results for 2N5089 though :(
Ti does't have any transistors/fets/mosfets in a three legged package, believe me, i searched when they would still send samples down here.
They have plenty of ics(opamps, cd4xxx, you name it), on the other half. The only ic i couldn't find was a ca3080 or similar and a 386, i think.
Alright, thanks for the help. I like their quality, and I'm using one of their opamps (if all goes right) in a Dist+ type clone. Thanks again.
