Would any of you happen to know what TI's (if any) version of the 2N5089 is?  They have a different system methinks of labeling.

Maybe they don't make a 2N5089, but they must have lots of low noise NPN transistors.

No results for 2N5089 though :(

Ti does't have any transistors/fets/mosfets in a three legged package, believe me, i searched when they would still send samples down here.

They have plenty of ics(opamps, cd4xxx, you name it), on the other half. The only ic i couldn't find was a ca3080 or similar and a 386, i think.

Alright, thanks for the help.  I like their quality, and I'm using one of their opamps (if all goes right) in a Dist+ type clone.  Thanks again.
