It may not be that much, I don't know actually. I am a beginner and I have no idea what to think about this. I was just curious about them, and hope maybe someone can tell me what they can be used for and stuff.

incidentally, if you are curious about a particular transistor usually you get hits in google. this was the first non XXX hit for that one.
