Hey everyone.. Change has reared it's ugly head in my life. The CEO of the company I work for has announced he's selling the propeller shop, where I've been employed for the past 9 years. After reviewing my options (quickly), I've decided to move from sunny south FLA back to the winter waistland of NW Ohio, Findlay, my home town. So needless to say, I haven't posted much recently. I've been fortunate to have guru Alfonso Hermida as a local friend and teacher, and Mark Borrow also. Hopefully I may meet with some of you Ohio diyers, I know there are a few. I have a new prop shop I'll be working at with a nice salary and bene package already negotiated.. I am most fortunate.
But thank God the Forum is world wide and I don't have to leave it!!
Wish me luck, I'll need it!!!

Sorry to hear that you have to run off to a colder climate, but I wish you all the best and will be looking forward to seeing you post again from your new-old home (is that NOH ;)) !
Take care,

I really hate moving, and God willing I wont ever have to again. I wish you the best on your move back to Ohio. I've got family up there around Aliria, Cleveland and Cincinnati, but I haven't been up that way in almost 20 years. Good Luck.
If you're up by Akron-Cleveland !
We could get Coffee going, guitars and party, the internet IS fantastic, but lacks soemthing compared to meeting someone in person in some respects I should think !!
Better bring a coat [scarf, gloves, boots etc...it's been miserable cold here for the last week...following a day of complete Xirchon encrusation...ICE...which is still ICE///the temperatures been around 5-12 degrees. We have 12'' of snow too...
Ohio may not be giving you a warm welcome, but I do !!!
Should be spring and then summery here ['usually' following Feb.] which is really glorious...reminds me of Germany...that's why the Amish settled here...I think seasonal weather can be good for the soul, even if the winters may cause depression...
Thanks everyone and Pete, I'm hittin the road Feb. 28, so not sure if I'll be lucky and be blessed with a warm-up, I'll be praying on that one!
I'm in dayton.. let me know when you get in ;p

Good luck man! Hope you enjoy being 'home'
