4049 wah comp and od feedbacker still in beginings
Nice to see you back Ansil! :D
I recently messed around with something similar but using a 4007. One inverter for the amp (AC feedback decoupled) with one n-channel device for the follower providing the feedback, and one n-channel device for a buffer.
The circuit was basically a bog-standard wah circuit, only the 4007 meant a slightly lower parts count. I was using an output transformer which was really lame, but it sound exactly the same as a tranny version with the same output transformer in it so it would probably work fine with a proper inductor.
Just curious. What does that resistor from the first inverter input to ground do? Also, I'm wondering if that feedback inverter cause oscillation from the positive feedback? Or so you need to use two inverters as part of the feedback loop?
Interesting idea. I'll have to try it.
