It's a very simple noise box with the LM386 IC. I called it "Doom". The description of the effect is in the schematic.

i found also that the ross delay has some missing cap values,and some errors...can you track the source?

Well, I will try. But I'm not sure, because Stephen drawed the schematic some years ago.
