Title: Where to find replacement pot (r0901-cd1-10kb)
Post by: NolanVW on February 09, 2004, 11:36:04 PM
I'm in the process of repairing my DL-4's pots (some a are stripped).  I called Line6 in December, and requested three replacement pots, and they said it was fine, but I only received one.

I just got off the phone with them, and they are on back order (he said once they get in, he starts going down the list of orders and filling them), so he gave me the part number in the meantime.

However, he said the computer has no "recommended vendors" so he wasn't sure where I could find it. It is part number "r0901-cd1-10kb" and I tried searching mouser.com and digikey.com, but couldn't come up with anything...

Anyone here able to help locate it? Thanks!

well it's probably a 10K linear taper (the 10kb at the end of the product number, but I guess it could be a coincidence) - what do the pots look like?

I'll try and take pictures tommorrow...I don't think a verbal description would help much, but here goes my graphical attempt...Everything is drawn in proportion.  Maybe the drawing will help somehow.

Any more help out there?  I wish finding this part was easier!

Ths might sound crazy, but are you sure it has 3 legs? because, it looks a lot like the Alps 'snap-in' 10k B pots I use, but they have FOUR pins (only use 3).

Yep, three legs only on that one side, then the sides adjacent to it are exactly the same as the picture on the right.
