Title: NPN and 3PDT switches
Post by: Bassybert on February 10, 2004, 06:00:24 PM
Hello

I'm making a Pulsar tremolo which uses NPN transistors. Does the 3PDT switch diagram shown on this site work or do I need to change the wiring to suit my transistors. The schem says use 2n5088's but I had a hard time finding them in the UK so used 2n4001's instead which have the same pinout I believe so shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks

Jim

I haven't seen the schematic, but the switches should operate in the same manner, since all you're doing is connecting different poles together on different stomps.
