ok well howdy all... im fixing up my vox clyde mccoy reissue wah, im adding a q control, id like to add a boost switch/ pot, in use LED, voicing switching, wah/ volume pedal switch, and basically every other mod u can find for wahs... I need some help determining which resistors are the ones to change, such as the one in paralell with the inductor, and i dont feel like figuring out the circuit.. im partially color blind so figuring out resistor values is a PAIN, and my multi meter is 1000 miles away in michigan.. lol so can anyone help? id give u a pic of the circuit board if i culd but my cam is busted, i might be able to scan it tho... PLEASE help if you knowANYTHING about this... thanks
also help on determining the resistors that affect the hi low mid and gain wuld be helpful

yeah ive been there, no vox clyde mccoy, the v848, just the v846 v847, crybaby and ect
Check the schematics, the layout is the same I think. Only the values are different. Here's another to explain what each change does.

they basically are ubt the v848 has anothre transistor... and a few other more parts..... if it wer the same parts just mixed up id have figured it out by myself but since theres another stage, and i think it might even have to do with the power jack so gahh i just dont know... i emailed dunlop (they now make the vox wahs, check the back of the pcb if u dont believe it) and hopefully they can give me the schem....

now all i need is to figure out a q control which i think i basically have.... clyde mccoys come wiht i believe a 100k resistor for the Q res..., get a 3pdt, LED for it, so now... my question to any of your smart effectoids.... Which Resistors affect the Hi, Lo, Mid, Gain, and which Cap(s) is (are) the sweep cap(s)... and also for a rotarary switch... how many positions would you reccomend and what value/type of caps??????
