Title: MN3005 again, sorry.
Post by: Prive on February 29, 2004, 11:05:02 PM
Sorry, i started a new old thread.

How can i build the Deluxe memory man if the schem have connections in more than 8 pins to one single MN3005 and it has just 8?
Is there something wrong with the schem or is there something i can't figure it out????

Any PCB????

Saludos, Marcelo.

This is strange, I have this schematic here. In GGG, there's a layout, but using another BBD IC.

An MN3005 only has 8 pins (same for the MN3008, MN3205, MN3208, BL3208) even though it comes in a 14-pin dip package.  Three pins for supply and ground, one pin for audio input, two pins for audio output, two pins for clock input.  Is it possible the schematic is showing the same pins more than one time?

don't these suckers take 2 MN3005's, one for the delay section and one for the chorus/vibrato?

no,it uses the two mn3005 in series for the delay ime,the chorus vibrato is just a modulation of the clock circuitry,it's clear on the schematic
