Title: Clipping diodes in the Fulldrive2 ?
Post by: Carl on March 09, 2004, 10:18:52 AM
Hi there!

I am working on a twin channel TS-clone and I am interested in trying the the Fulldrive2's clipping diodes in one of the channels.

Does anyone know name or number of these diodes?

TIA

Carl

Hi,

i think its somethink like 1N4148 or so...
I build the Normal TS Unit after FulldriveSpecs with 1N4004 Diodes...
That crunches good :-)
1N914 Sound good too, but sweeter/smoother. The 1N4.. are more rough
