Okay!  I think this layout is buildworthy.   My updated site :

Got the CMOS correctly wired.  (Had to search Aron's schems for the pinout and figure out that the little drawing next to the schem. shows how to ground the unused inputs - as suggested by Peter and Tazwolf.)

I'll do a build report when I get another block of free time.

It looks good except for one error.... the trace going to pin 1 should be on the other end of the 200 ohm resistor. Other than that I think you're ready to build. I would get a 2nd opinion though ;).... it's been a long day.
