Title: DPDT stomp switches from MCM Electronics any good??

I've had bad experiences with these. I've had quite a few fail on me after six months or so.

The price is great for stuff you're building for yourself that you're probably not going to be gigging with. I'll use them in prototypes that I won't really be switching a lot, and if it goes on the pedalboard, I'll replace the switch.

I think those are the same as the "Tiwanese X wing", just with PCB mount terminals.

If they're the same as X-Wings, for prototype use they're ok, but I would agree to avoid using them in live situations, especially if it's an important pedal.
