I've been buid this yesterday but when i put it on the sound is less then in off...can anyone help me?

There's a 'Technology of' section...great reads there.
One is called the technology of the Rangemaster.
I like to save my chosen transistor till after the initial Debug.
There's also the debugging page...great general 'bug' info there.
Try those techniques, then if still no go, post the transistor pins [colector, base and emitter]voltages from ground and post them here.
...{this IS a Positive ground circuit???
