I have a Carvin A-B box -- no LED, just 3 jacks and a switch in a BB sized box. I was going to move the pieces into a smaller case, but I'd like to upgrade the parts (the jacks are plastic, the wire's pretty thin).
The switch appears to be an SPDT -- it has only 3 solder lugs and the grounds from the jacks are soldered to the side of the switch case. Does this sound right, and is there any reason not to use an SPDT in this circuit?
BTW, the switch's logo looks like ^^^, with the legs of the middle chevron crossing the inner legs of the other two. Is this a Mountain Switch?
Thanks, all.
