I ordered theese bastards by mistake... what can I do with them? any ideas? schematics

If the 2SJ201 are the same as a J201, you have lots of great circuits to try. Check Runoffgroove and Folkurban to see some examples.

As far as I know they're one and the same. Many companies never labeled the entire part number because it was a given.

The 2SJ201 is not the same as the J201! The 2SJ201 is a 150W MOSFET power amplifier! :shock:

RIGHT!! and they weight like quarter-pound! You can imagine my surprise when they came out of the package:shock: , I was expecting J201's...

Welcome to the club Jonas, this happened to me also :oops: but I was lucky enough the storekeeper took it back. I phoned around a bit and (here in Belgium) everyone appears to think it's the power tran when I ask for a J201, noone knows it as a small fet... sigh :roll:.
