Title: Xotic support
Post by: SM on March 26, 2004, 02:56:16 PM
I reported before on this forum that I wrecked the opamp in my Xotic RC Boost when I tried to remove it.
I mailed Xotic support and they promptly sent me a new one (no ID) without cost.
I think that qualifies as “good customer support”.

I’m impressed.

They sent you a new opamp right, not a new pedal :D

Yeah, a new opamp - nevertheless, that's pretty good. They had no reason whatsoever to do that.
