Wait a minute!  Isn't this that Jen Fuzz?  I've seen Jen Harmonic Booster Fuzz with 3 sliders.  Cover plate says Italy.

The Jumbo Fuzz is a Big Muff knockoff.  There are a few different parts values, but I don't have my schematic handy...
