.i wonder if they sound as good as the old ones.the enclosure has little to do with the sound after all.

Are you sure that's not just an old stock photo? Does it say "reissue of the old Green Russian Big Muff"?

Which is silly.

Because the original Russian Big Muff's were actually, tan, no?

That looks just like my 'green russian'..

My 'green russian' sounds VERY little like my '78 BMP... but it's a good sounding box on its own.. more of a 'grunge' tone.. it really nails the early 90's seattle sound..  the '78 BMP is Smashing Pumpkins dead on.

good point, i didn't even notice that the title says electro harmonix and those green muffs were made by sovtek...  whoops!  sorry if i mislead anyone.
