In a PCB board I find some components, but I can't find the productor number of them, and I don't know the manufacture of them. What I known is only the numbers printed on the top of them which are :
Some of them seems to be diodes, the number printed on the top of them are :D97(has 3 leads sot23package), COE(has 3 leads sot23package).

Others may be transistors, the number printed on the top of them are: 1P,L2C, LOy, COC,COW,(all of them have 3 leads sot23package),

Some IC chips package marking are: 638(SMD, 6Pins), D2B( 8Pin, it looks like Analog Device product,but I can't find it from the list.), SAB( 10Pin, it looks like Analog Device product,but I can't find it from the list.),
A40(5Pin),T83(4Pin),82/(6Pin),C5m(4Pin),81+(6Pin).

Who knows anything about them? :shock:

A diode has only two legs coming out of it. Anything with three legs is either a dual cap in one package (I'd be surprised to see those though) or a transistor.

The part numbers look wier though. Maybe a manufacturer putting its own labels on the parts to stop people reverse-engineering their product ;)

The markings look familiar. Are these surface mount devices?

Watchout, smd diodes often have three legs.

There's marking-code databases on-line which tell you the corresponding real part number - use google.
