Title: Phase pot?
Post by: axis on April 03, 2004, 09:04:55 AM
HI all,
I just built the phase 100 thats at G.G.G, but have one problem.I used the 500k log pot as recommended ,but it doesn't seem right because the effect is only present a the last 2% of the rotation.Has anyone else built this pedal, maybe you give me some info on tweaking it ?THanks.

I haven't built the Phase 100 but if the LFO works like the Phase 45 you'll want a reverse log taper for the "proper" feel.

Try a linear if you don't have a reverse log. I've got a linear pot in my Phase45 for the speed and I don't have any real trouble setting it. An RA is a little bit better cause the depth won't be as bunched up at the end of the pot's travel.
