Title: Sligth OT: PIC programmer
Post by: Zero the hero on April 08, 2004, 06:00:16 AM
Hello everybody, I need a DIY PIC programmer.
I've built a simple programmer, but, although I tried EVERY single configuration in the software, it didn't worked so I thought to build something else. Everything is correct: the PCB, the components, the connections and the PICs I've tried are new and working.
I need to program PIC16F84 and PIC16F818. I use IC-Prog to download programs into the PICs.
Any link or idea?
Thanks to all!

I use the tait programmer, east to build and works with icprog...select "Tait serial programmer",confusing because it connects to the parallel port, but believe me,it works..here are some incarnations of the hardware...

It is compatible with ICPROG 1.05 software
