should work just fine.
you might want to have the last opamp amplify a bit to compensate for losses (say a 33k-100k in the feedback loop, perhaps a small cap over it to kill hiss and radio and such) and replace the 1M at the end with a 100k volume pot.

It's going to be part of a pedal, after a "Rat" type tone control, and before the volume, so neither 1Meg to ground will be used.

if youre interested, I also dabbled in parametrics a while ago. Quite similar, slightly different gyrator setup. Nice toys. I now have a 2 and a 3-band on my pedalboard (for bass).
I'm contemplating replacing the 3-band with a single band in a smaller package though. Make room for another fuzz!
