Title: US Source BC109B Transistors?
Post by: phillip on April 28, 2004, 05:39:29 PM
Does anyone know of a source for BC109B transistors in the US?  The best supplier that I've found so far is Farnell in the UK, but I'd feel dumb ordering 20 or 30 BC109B all the way from the UK...the shipping would be more than the transistors.

Thanks for any help
Phillip

"C" is higher Hfe (typ. 520) than "B" (290); "A" is lower (180).
for lower noise, rather take BC549 (A,B or C).
(don`t know about the mojosonic distortiondifference between these, though...)
