from the size, it must be a spacecraft :P ,
but it`s probably some filter thingy consisting of a coil (or res.)
and a capacitor.
you could measure if the left and the middle right leads conduct,
and if the 2 outer leads on the right don`t...
it's an earthly roach clip ,
holding an alien roach.
