Title: tube reamer wont ream.......

ive been playing through my tube reamer recently, and well, its just not driving as much as it should. i listened to the sample at ROG, and my definately dont drive that much. I dont know what it could be i used all the right cap values and stuff
*sighs* any ideas?

Check around the diodes.  Make sure they are oriented correctly and connected to the signal path as they should be.  It sounds like the diodes are the culprits.

i checked the diodes, they seem to be fine, i swapped em out for new ones just in case, same problem tho. howerver on closer inspection of the circuit  i now notice that the 47"pf" cap is actually 47"nf" (thats what you get for soldering late!)
and the 0.033 capis actually a 0.0033
could this be the problem maybe?

Large differences like that will make it sound 'large different'.
 Put in the right values and see what you think/
