Has anybody had any experience with this tremolo? Also, does anybody know where to get it in the UK?

Thanks,
Bill

Yes, I read a review where someone said it was incredibly great.

But.... I wonder if the strings will be available if it doesn't take off?

Yeah that's my concern also, I hate getting locked into proprietary stuff.

At least with the 'ol Rose, all you had to do was snip off the ends of "normal" strings.

I think he's taking a big risk by using proprietary strings.  He could have designed the thing to just use Steinberger strings, which are available from a number of companies in a variety of sizes...

I've heard you can use regular strings too. I guess you slip the ball end into the slots in the trem.  With this setup you wouldn't install the springloader nut but wind the string as usual.
It would be nice to get away from having to use those allen wrenches.

A buddy of mine has this on his BC Rich Warlock. He can swap & tune 6 strings in 3 minutes flat.

Works great but the strings are apparently really expensive.
