Title: Pot wired as V/R, How?

Hi All,
   How is a pot wired as a variable resistor?
   Thanks for any help on this question.

Just wire the middle lug of the pot to one end lug. The attatch another wire to the other end lug. And that there is a variable resistor   :)

also if this is on a schematic you connect the two leads as indicated. If there is no line coming from centre to another lug, then go from centre and follow the arrow to that lead and short those two.
