Title: Connecting DC power question
Post by: BassWombat on May 31, 2004, 08:58:51 PM
Another simple newb question...

I've reboxed a modded Big Muff, and I'm setting it up to work with a wallwart rather than a battery. I've got a battery clip thing to connect to the existing one, and a DC inlet. The DC inlet has three contact points, whereas I've got only two wires coming off the battery clip. I'm assuming one of them is a ground, soooo...

How do I know which one is the ground and what do I attach it to? Also, anything else I need to be careful of?

Thanks again (you guys have been so helpful as I start my pedal modding career!)

Generalguitargadgets' wiring layouts have DC jack and from it you can see how it is wired  .
