What do the letters and numbers mean, or what are they there for?
A,B,C,D,E,F,G, I AND X: LETTERS
+9 and -9...
Wouldn't the +9 go to pins 8 [I'd be using two dual OA's]
Is there no need for 1/2 voltage biasing with the +9 and -9 power supply?
I'd guess those letters and numbers are solderpoints for of board wiring.
Those letters are points where the circuit leaves the board and you need to attach a wire. Dmn I hate ofboard wiring :x
I presume you're using a PCB layout for modern opamps. If you're using the layout for a 4136 you're SOL.
Looks like two dual's [opamps] would do the trick.

... unless you've read the articles at GEO - like "http://geofex.com/FX_images/anderton.gif" for how to mount any IC on any PCB pinout using the "dead bug" technique.
