Just type the device and "datasheet" after it.  i.e. 2n5088 datasheet

or google the part number followed by ".pdf" seeing as they're normally in pdf format.

Often, a single datasheet has the specs for the variations as well as the base model.

just found this site (http://wwww.ges.cz/sheet/), don't know how good it is yet.
