Title: Supreaux build ?'s
Post by: Pablo on June 23, 2004, 05:24:17 PM
i'm getting ready to build the Supreaux from ROG.

i have everything except the 3n3 caps and 12k resisstors
near the output of the circuit.

however, i do have 2n2 or 4n7 caps and 15k or 10k resistors.

if i use these in place of the 3n3 and 12k
what affect would it have on the sound of this circuit?

i know, i should just build it and see.

but i'm building on perfboard and all
my sockets are being used for the j201/mpf102's.

i gotta get me one of those bread-board thing-a-ma-bobs.
(i don't suppose i could get one of those as a sample from someplace)

TIA,
Pablo

You can substitute 15k and 2n2 with no ill effects (just a bit brighter).
