Try

In Sweden - not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and a reasonable selection of stuff.

Try www.banzaieffects.com .
They have various stompbox parts and hard to find (in Europe) transistors, like matched AC128 germanium transistors for Fuzz Faces and J201 or 2N5457 for Runoffgroove emulators.

try //www.conrad.de or //www.conrad.at. There you can get most of the standard parts at a more or less reasonable price.

I found that www.reichelt.de has more stompbox relevant parts and is in most cases much cheaper than Conrad.de.

Yes, but you have to order more than 100 euro if you're not living in Germany....

I think Farnell ships to croatia, and there's always SmallBear. I've never had to pay taxes on small parts, and stamps are cheap in the States...

Farnell states that they don't sell to private individuals. I haven't tried (yet) how strictly they take that....
