is tehre a website where i can see what colours are what resisters? i have loads of resisters but i dont know what they are?

any help? :?

Your kidding right ? Here are four sites from the first page I got from a simple google search for "resistor color codes":

Search engines are our friends. :) Note: You may have to use the U.S. "color" instead of the standard english "colour".

Nope. 1000ohms is 1K. "K" is short for kilo which means 1000 as in 1 kilogram is a 1000 grams.

another good tip is to use the search feature of this forum. Just about all of the questions you are likely to have are already answered in here somewhere! Just a matter of being creative with your search terms!
