Go to Mouser, enter the uf and volts. Also try tantalums @ 16v, 25, and 35v. Just use their search engine, then narrow it down with the sub catagories.

A 22uF would sound exactly the same in this case.  Its just a filter cap.

just use a 10uF and a 4,7uF in parallel...
