thanks, how do you get it to stay in place under the box? i guess it will come with directions when i receive one?
Check the data sheet, it has a nut and washer. The one downside is that it goes in from the outside. That means you don't solder it in until everything is in the box. But it's not as bad as soldering the DC jacks that do the same thing. As you can see from the data sheet, the mounting hole has to be at least .315", but less than .394".
ya that's why i asked i saw the nut and washer and figured it went in from the outside. How bad does it look? Possible pics? Any others that aren't like that too?

It doesn't look bad at all. Looks pretty trick. I brought the mounting issue up so you'd know you can't solder it into the ckt until everything is in the pedal. The other alternative is the plastic holders like you see on MXR reissues.

You have to be carefull when you drill the hole for these. Too big and it won't hold the LED securely.

Ok, thanks. I think I'll go along with what you recommended me.
Is this an example of it:

I think that's it.
Thanks again.
That's it. BTW, Circuit Specialists even gives a choice of yellow, red, or green.
ok nice that looks sharp then, I'll take it. Thanks man.
believe it or not, the radio shack ones are decent quality, and decent prices....so if you're not making an order anyway, it might be an ok way to go....I think its something like $1 for 2 of 'em, iirc.
