Doug,
Why do you put a 10 ohm resistor and not an 8 ohm?
For my Champ, wouldn't I want a 4 ohm resistor?
It sounds good although it seems a bit dark. Is this close to how the amp sounds by itself?
It's such an easy mod that I should try it, although I'm not sure I have a place to put an output jack on my Champ.
Hey Doug and you guy's down there in Flordia, man take care and keep an eye on that Durned Hurricane.

It's solid FAT, I really like it. You always get that nice fat tone. It's not the sound that I'm used to play with but I could defently have it for some off the stuff.
New sounds = new ideas (in the guitar´playing)
And it's cool riffs with good sounds in the backing music!

About the hurricanes: Maybe God is angry with you sinners modding your amps and putting line out jacks on the output and sends hurricanes to mess you all up
er...ok...maybe it's you guys doing cool things to your amps makes God happy and perhaps it's on your account He doesn't do worse things in Florida...
...or maybe I should stop this before God sends a hurricane to my house for mis-representing Him. Though I believe He's got enough of a sense of humor to give a little grace here--besides, the inside of my house already looks like a hurricane hit it, that is, after hitting Mouser electronics first
Way to go Doug. Good job.
Well jeez, there ain't that many of us DIYers in FL. We must be RREEAAALLLLYYYYY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trans, if a hurricane made it to Montana, we'd all have much worse things to be thinking about. I gotta believe that those four horsemen of the Apocalypse would be on the way at that point...

Thanks Doug. I live in a flood zone if there were a storm surge, but it looks like that won't happen. The main problem is liable to be the rain if it comes down like they say. I'm not sure how my house will like 60 to 80 MPH winds though. We'll see!
Terry Kath was 1 of my faves also.
