Never tried them and at a singles price of $8.32 from Mouser it's going to be a looooong time before I do. I wonder how good the variation is between different parts? They might be just the trick for JFET phasers. :D

the 2n5565 is a little cheaper.... not sure of the difference.

it would be really cool if they made them in quads... you could make a 4 stage phaser.

Yea, Ive only been able to find dual matchet jfets, and haven't even been motivated enough to see how close the 2 packages I have are to each other.
