Title: Transistor question...
Post by: O on January 03, 2005, 10:37:11 PM
I found some transistors and I wanted to see if someone knew what pedals I could build with them. These are the numbers...

2n2905a 8018
2n2219a
2n6027

So? are these just junk?

from Google:
http://www.semicoa.com/pdf/transistor/2n2905a.pdf
http://www.pci-card.com/2n2219a.pdf
http://www.solarbotics.net/library/datasheets/2N602X.pdf

The 2N6027 is a unijunction transistor, probably good for making a simple tone generator?

I read those, Joe (clear as mud to me :( )... I was just wondering if anyone knew what effects could be built around them.

Gen purp low power Si...good for whatever Si switching/amp application most likely, except High Gain/low noise, Maybe measure the Hfe, then use socket to test it.
2N602x...unijunction transistor, I've never used or studied these...anyone else.
