I just built Ea trem From GGG and it has next to no volume

First question: does it give any tremolo effect, given the low volume? If so, does the trem. sound smooth? Have you checked the earthing throughout?

The trem is clean and clear but with very little vol I have checked the earthing and it seems good.

Okay - do you have to turn the depth control right up to get any depth, or does it behave normally? I'm wondering if the modulating JFET doesn't turn on very easily.

Ok I have fixed the volume issue (wrong resitors)
But now no effect!
