Eagle (http://www.cadsoft.de/), perhaps?
Osmund is good for PCB, but not schems. I just use photoshop.

I use Adobe Illustrator to create schematics, PCB's, stripboards and graphics. I recommend illustrator!

hard to get, and I have yet to try it myself, but I beleive Design Works has a schematic drafting feature.
Design works was the best last I tried. I know that Virtual PC used to work but I haven't used it in a while.
Virtual PC still works as of OS X 10.3 and 10.4
Just to clarify, virtual PC is a processor emulator, that let's you run software meant to be used in x86 compatible computers...i.e. PCs.
Once running Virtual PC, yu have to install an operating system, as Windows, Linux, etc.
I do use ExpressPCB under win98 in Virtual PC on a 1.25Ghx PowerBook. I can't say it runs smoothly as native mac apps, but it gets the job done.
BTW, VPC was bought by Microsoft about a year ago, and I heard it was discontinued for the Mac, so try to get it while you can find it. The latest version is 7, but you'll probably find 6 laying around in some 'stores'
