Title: Hard wiring SansAmp GT-2
Post by: keko on September 08, 2003, 08:58:55 PM
Hello

I have my 'sinAmp' board with all the components on. I think it's the 'cleanest' job I've done so far. So I trust everything's OK ckt-wise.

But I haven't been able to get those rotary (nor linear) switches locally, so I'm thinking of hard-wiring it to a fixed position. At least to get sound out of it, or start debbugging it if it doesn't work.

How should I do it? I already connected:

S1A0 <---> S1A2
S2A0 <---> S2A2

S1B0 <---> S1B2
S2B0 <---> S2B2

S1C0 <---> S1C2
S2C0 <---> S2C2

to get Center, HiGain, British.
But I got no sound out of it.

Thanks for your help.

Since you're from Chile you can read my spanish Sans Amp GT2 (http://www.pisotones.com/GT2/GT2.htm) page. There you'll find detailed information about the switches and their connections.

Sanitago,

Gracias.
