Title: Boosted Ts-808
Post by: yobleduwop on December 21, 2006, 04:56:52 AM
I was planning to make a ts-808 and a boost at the same time so i was thinking like many other people of just putting them into the one chassis, is there any problem with this? if i just wire it as if they were separate pedals but in the same chassis?
I was also thinking of doing a similar thing with the matchbox pedal from runoffgroove and a tone stack with the same concept of just wiring them like two pedals in one box?
Thanks Guys,
Joel

No problems. Just do the grounds carefully.

Right.  You wouldn't need to wire four jacks or anything like that, you just wire the output from one switch to the input of the next.  Or you can also look into "The Juggler" on the geofx site.  It allows you to wire a toggle switch to put the boost before or after the TS.  This can give dramatically different sounds.
