is there a way where i could set the diodes up (testing it without them showed me that without diodes there is no distrotion true??)
so that i could use an spdt switch to turn on diodes or just normal? could this wokr??????????

if i understand you, the answer is "yes!" if you look around, i think you will find the ways that others have set up their circuits to switch the diodes in and out. some have even set things up for different diode configurations, like using LEDs instead of small signal diodes. IIRC, beavisaudio.com had something like that.
