Title: what to do with tranny readings?

I'm working on the GGG layout of an Orange Squeezer.This pedal doesn't have much output and I think I've narrowed it dom to transistor Q2. With the build instruction there is acceptable Q readouts. Q1 checks out good but q2 is different.here goes                               
                  good read                        my read
gate                0.6                               0.01
source             2.6                               1.2
drain               2.1 - 2.6                        1.2

I have no idea what to do with these numbers so please tell me what to do next.
