Title: Which Flashing LED for EA Tremolo (and others)?
Post by: railhead on June 24, 2008, 11:13:53 PM
I feel like a total tool asking this, but I must have lost some brain cells while painting shells today. I'm considering building a tremolo (even though I love my Empress Trem), but I don't know what kind of LED to get. The EA Trem calls for a "flashing LED," and a search for "flashing LED" at Mouser only gave 3 results.

What do I need?

Hi
it's just a regular LED.  The circuit makes it flash.  Any cheap red one would do, but I like high brightness ones.  Lash out and spend 50c, I say.
cheers

You might what to give the TREMULUS LUNE a look. I built one yesterday and its a really easy build and a pretty versatile tremolo. Check it out at the commonsound sight.
