This is for amps, but might be of use, it has a p2p layout for all the different tone controls

thank great link !!

But i'm looking for something which use a chip, something like the  Xotic ac/RC booster (http://bp2.blogger.com/_y4AYtND8Hz8/SEcyTFCdFOI/AAAAAAAAALo/76fZFhocZA8/s1600-h/XoticACBOOSTER.jpg)

No one has did a layout on stripboard of this kind of tonestack ?

A chip? Your comment is a bit confusing. The link that Hanglow provided will work fine. And, if you build it on the back of the pots you'll save a lot of real estate on your board. Is there a specific reason you need it on a stripboard?

Have a look at the tonemender maybe http://www.runoffgroove.com/tonemender.html and put in the baxandall tonestack instead? I made the tonemender, you can get quite a good boost with it.
