I built a fat boostered from this layout:

Everything works perfectly EXCEPT the treble pot, which seems to act as a backwards-wired volume control...fully left is full volume, fully right is no output. In essence, I appear to have functioning gain, bass, and two volume controls.
Any thoughts offhand as to what might be going on?
I don't think your treble pot is wired up correctly.
It's wired according to the layout. I'll check the schematic this evening. I notice by the schematic that the treble pot comes right before the volume pot, so I've got something goofy in there, for sure.
Hi! I think lug 1 of R8 goes to Ground and lug 2 and 3 are together. So R8-1&2 become R8-1 and R8-3 must be R8-2&3...something like that!

That looks more like it!
What is this pedal exactly? Is it basically what Fulltone stole to make the Fat Boost?

I think it's a Jack Ormann mini-booster with gain, treble and bass control...Don't know about the ''Fullstole''

Wellllll, that's an old, old story so I didn't mean to open up that wound...
Edit: Okay, I see the difference between the Fat Boostered and the Boutique Boost on GGG now.
I believe Mike just added a buffer (beinging or end I forget ???).
